THIS WORKSHOP IS FOR YOU
WHAT THIS WORKSHOP IS ABOUT:
— simple exercises to get you out of your head and into your body
— working with tension and fear of movement
— improvisation without “right” or “wrong”
— a safe, non-judgmental space
DURING THIS SESSION, YOU WILL:
✔ learn how to improvise to music
✔ stop overthinking your movements
✔ understand simple movement patterns
✔ feel comfortable dancing in front of others
