We're opening the doors of TEJÁ house this Halloween for an evening with YAIMA, the music project of Masaru Higasa and Pepper Proud. Their sound moves between worlds: organic rhythms that pull you into your body, transcendent electronic production, instruments gathered from across the earth, and warm vocals that feel like being spoken to by nature herself.
Timeless and unmistakable, YAIMA build a bridge between nature and humankind. Their music is a passage, expansive, revitalizing, tender. Exactly the kind of thing that belongs in a room full of soft light and open hearts.
Expect: driving organic soundscapes, heartened lyricism, and a space held for growth and grace.
Come in costume. Come curious. Come as you are, or as who you're becoming.
