Listening Room W/ Son Objet & Neither-Neither (Live)

Every Thursday, our space transforms into a dedicated listening room. Music is played on a hi-fi sound system for a seated audience, with the invitation to fully immerse: no talking, no devices, just listening. You’re welcome to sit or lie down on our gigantic puff, pillows, and couches as the music unfolds. Each session revolves around a different theme, guiding listeners to a special, almost magical place. SON OBJECT is a natural collector of many things. She began exploring DJing by focusing on uncovering and archiving strange, forgotten sounds from old cassettes she finds. She deconstructs and reshapes them — cutting, layering, and fusing them with her own exploratory, yet simple, synth work — building a constantly evolving archive of warped, bizarre and cosmic textures. These are then combined with unconventional contemporary compositions, crafting a narrative always rooted in psychedelia, spoken word, and sound collage. NEITHER-NEITHER is the wizard alter ego of Valdemar Pereira (GAM, Coletivo Vandalismo, GOM, Basilar Schema). His live performance features folk, electro-acoustic and experimental sounds.
