Primal Moves is a functional bodyweight strength and floor flow practice designed to build balance, mobility and resilience through natural movement patterns.
Combining strength work with fluid floor-based movement, the practice supports structural balance throughout the body, developing the posterior chain, core stability, grip strength, coordination and joint mobility.

After the workshop, you’re welcome to stay and enjoy our contemporary Mediterranean-inspired kitchen, where seasonal ingredients and diverse culinary traditions come together in a vibrant brunch menu. Please note that Teja House is an alcohol-free culture house.
