UNSEEN Season Pass – Terms & Conditions By purchasing a UNSEEN Season Pass, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. 1. Included Events The UNSEEN Season Pass provides admission to the following five (5) events only: 1. Phara – July 17, 2026 2. Dustin Zahn – August 1, 2026 3. Casual Treatment – August 28, 2026 4. EvilGroove Showcase – September 4, 2026 5. Tommy Four Seven – September 18, 2026 The Season Pass is valid only for these events and may not be used for any other UNSEEN event unless otherwise stated in writing by UNSEEN. 2. No Rollovers, Credits, or Substitutions Each admission is valid only for its designated event. If you are unable to attend one or more of the included events, that admission is forfeited. Missed events may not be: * Redeemed for future UNSEEN events outside of this Season Pass. * Exchanged for another event or season. * Converted into account credit, cash, or refunds. * Applied toward another ticket purchase. 3. Non-Refundable All Season Pass purchases are final. No refunds, cancellations, or partial refunds will be issued except where required by applicable law. 4. Event Changes Artist lineups, venues, event dates, and schedules are subject to change. Such changes do not qualify for refunds or exchanges. If an event is canceled and cannot be rescheduled, UNSEEN will communicate any available options to Season Pass holders. 5. Ticket Delivery Admission for each event will be delivered electronically to the email address provided during checkout prior to each event. It is the purchaser's responsibility to provide accurate contact information and ensure they can receive communications from UNSEEN. 6. Ticket Transfers If you are unable to attend one of the included events, you may transfer that individual event admission to another person before the event begins, provided the transfer is completed through UNSEEN's approved ticketing platform (when supported). Transferred tickets remain valid only for their originally assigned event and expire immediately after that event concludes. Season Passes may not be transferred in their entirety after they have been partially used. 7. No Commercial Resale Season Passes and tickets issued through the Season Pass may not be resold for commercial gain or above face value without prior written approval from UNSEEN. UNSEEN reserves the right to cancel any ticket or deny entry if fraudulent activity, unauthorized resale, or misuse is suspected. 8. One Admission Per Event A Season Pass provides admission for one (1) person per included event. The same pass may not be used by multiple individuals to attend the same event. 9. Lost, Stolen, or Unauthorized Tickets UNSEEN is not responsible for lost, stolen, duplicated, or unauthorized tickets. Any ticket believed to have been copied, altered, fraudulently obtained, or otherwise misused may be canceled without refund. 10. Age Requirement All events included in this Season Pass are **21+**. A valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry. No refunds will be issued to guests who are denied entry due to age or inability to provide valid identification. 11. Code of Conduct All attendees are expected to respect fellow guests, artists, staff, volunteers, and the venue. UNSEEN reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, threatening, illegal, or violates venue policies. Removal from an event does not qualify the attendee for a refund, replacement ticket, or future credit. 12. Dancefloor Etiquette & Phone Policy UNSEEN is committed to creating an immersive environment where music, connection, and presence come first. To help preserve this experience for everyone, the use of mobile phones, photography, and video recording on the dancefloor is prohibited. Guests are asked to: Keep phones put away while on the dancefloor. Refrain from taking photos or videos of artists, performers, or other attendees. Respect the privacy and experience of those around them. If you need to use your phone, please step away from the dancefloor to a designated common area. UNSEEN staff reserve the right to remind guests of this policy and, if necessary, ask guests who repeatedly disregard it to leave the event without refund. By attending a UNSEEN event, you agree to respect this policy and help maintain the immersive atmosphere that defines the UNSEEN experience. You grant UNSEEN permission to use your likeness in promotional materials, social media, websites, and future marketing without compensation or additional approval. 13. Force Majeure UNSEEN shall not be held responsible for cancellations, postponements, or changes resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, government actions, public health emergencies, labor disputes, venue closures, or other force majeure events. 14. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, UNSEEN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from attendance at, or inability to attend, an event covered by the Season Pass. 15. Modification of Terms UNSEEN reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on the official ticketing page and will apply prospectively. 16. Acceptance By purchasing a UNSEEN Season Pass, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
