Alive — Midsummer Dance & Music Gathering

ALIVE gathering is a one-day music and movement mini-festival taking place in a magical Quinta garden in Funchal. https://www.instagram.com/alive.gathering/ This edition is inspired by Midsummer — a celebration of nature, music, community, and free expression. We invite participants to embrace the atmosphere through an ethnic, or nature-inspired dress code. Throughout the day, ALIVE brings together music, movement, and connection in a magical open-air setting. Expect workshops, live performances, a local market, delicious food, and carefully curated electronic music journey. This is an alcohol-free event. We invite participants to come sober and fully enjoy the music, atmosphere, and connection. You are also welcome to come with your kids. LINEUP 18.00-19.30 Nikita, a Ukrainian musician and DJ, opens the day with a deep organic house journey of hypnotic grooves and uplifting energy. 19.30-21.00 We're excited to welcome AVI to ALIVE for her very first time performing in Madeira. Based in Lisbon, she's a DJ, producer, and sound artist known for immersive ecstatic dance journeys through organic electronic music and global influences. 21.00-23.00 Mahdi Hléwi is the co-creator of ALIVE, a Tunisian DJ and multi-instrumentalist based in Portugal. His signature performances blend driving electronic music with live drums, guitar, and vocals, creating a truly immersive dancefloor experience.
