The one true love that remains is music. Black Sea Dahu are Janine Cathrein and a gang of musical cohorts: on stage you&#39;ll see Vera, Ramon, Pascal & Alon. On records you&#39;ll hear in addition Paul, Simon and Nick. Their debut album <a href="spotify:album:268yXVSyVaHmdualmsd1Ve" data-name="White Creatures">White Creatures</a>, co-produced by Gavin Gardiner <a href="spotify:artist:7L0DI3wlt7yeY4Hi9I87h8" data-name="MOONRIIVR">MOONRIIVR</a>, received critical acclaim and brought about comparisons to <a href="spotify:artist:5schNIzWdI9gJ1QRK8SBnc" data-name="Ben Howard">Ben Howard</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:3nnQpaTvKb5jCQabZefACI" data-name="Jeff Buckley">Jeff Buckley</a>, Bon Iver, <a href="spotify:artist:4Z8W4fKeB5YxbusRsdQVPb" data-name="Radiohead">Radiohead</a> and <a href="spotify:artist:5QdyldG4Fl4TPiOIeMNpBZ" data-name="Big Thief">Big Thief</a>. On the heels of their debut release, the gang has been selling out venues and touring relentlessly, constantly selling out the venues they play. They’ve been invited to play at festivals such as the Reeperbahn (2018), The Great Escape (2019), m4music (2019) MaMA (2019) and Eurosonic (2020). The band released an EP entitled <a href="spotify:album:3pFgeFgOp354TJhd7I7rwQ" data-name="No Fire in the Sand">No Fire in the Sand</a> in September 2019. They&#39;ve reissued <a href="spotify:album:2kL7wyPP7TUEHLmJTS6Vcm" data-name="Kingdom North (Rerelease)">Kingdom North (Rerelease)</a>, a collection of songs recorded when they were still called JOSH. The singles <a href="spotify:track:3wRg5uSSBcSusvRux1ZxJQ" data-name="Glue">Glue</a>, followed by <a href="spotify:track:620rXQPJFSjNqIrmvzqLH4" data-name="Glue - Live at Royal">Glue - Live at Royal</a>, <a href="spotify:track:7ujZDg4RmtWlNDYngCAAOn" data-name="Transience">Transience</a>, <a href="spotify:track:5kZdYDyhasvtG1GEw02uGF" data-name="Transience - Acoustic in Lille">Transience - Acoustic in Lille</a> & <a href="spotify:track:7aaIraY2xAIV922CFo6uzm" data-name="Affection">Affection</a> were released 2022, followed by their new album <a href="spotify:album:3pNWUdehNQaNeMlRpwkhx1" data-name="I Am My Mother">I Am My Mother</a>, released in February 2022 and their live album <a href="spotify:album:0dnB0KQ41RK4LwB3jHpC7R" data-name="Live in Zürich and Bern">Live in Zürich and Bern</a> in 2024.
