L Ʌ V Σ N aka Marta Nowaczynska is a producer from Gdynia, Poland. She developed her interest in electronic music while studying in London, this is where she started producing as L Ʌ V Σ N. Her productions and sets are characterized by a hard-hitting but melodic style. She draws inspiration from producers such as Arca or Holly Herndon, who base their work on samples available in unlimited depths of the digitalized world. Her works are often a contrast, in which both beautiful and obscure meet together. L Ʌ V Σ N aims to create multi-dimensional and intense techno based on feelings of modern nostalgia. In her works, you can find elements of noisy industrial sounds, trance, as well as acid and rave. Her first release was an EP for the French „Carcères Records” released in 2018. It was a moment of a breakthrough for her performances both abroad and in Poland. Marta is also a resident of a Polish hard techno collective The Meaning of Rave as well as infamous "GEGEN" from Berlin. Her latest EP for the Turkish label C O U P has been recognized by artists such as Paula Temple, Rebekah, ArchivOne, Stephanie Sykes, Sophia Saze.
