Born in Porto, Nuno Carneiro has long been a force to be reckoned with in the Portuguese electronic music scene. Back from a long stint in Tulum, where he promoted some of the most memorable parties of that resort town, the DJ known for his appearances in clubs like Club der Visionaire (Berlin), Sisyphos (Berlin), Macarena (Barcelona), Jaeger (Oslo) and festivals like Dimensions, Sonar and Neopop (where he is a resident) is now forging a new path, that of producer and label owner. Apolo records, where he will debut new tracks featuring remixes by Wareika, Snad and Dan Ghenacia, is the result of an intense year of re-focusing energies, and maturing beyond all of his accomplishments as a musician. At its core, Nuno Carneiro's music reflects his own demeanor, restless, intense and inexorably linked to the spirit of house and techno. His goal is always to convey that same spirit, and let his audiences' feet do the talking.
