Julia aka Overgivelse is a Dj/Producer currently living in Italy. She grew up with the best funky 80’s dance and soul music played by her father dj. A deep love for classic music led her to dance ballet and play transverse flute in an orchestra. For her it was always about the connection, the expansion of vibrations, frequencies, love, the act of fully sharing. She always used music to deep the bonds with other souls and never had a friendship or relationship that wasn’t based on music, everything revolves around that.In the early 20’s she stepped into fashion and online entrepreneurship, moved to Luxembourg and then Dubai, were she never felt comfortable artistically speaking. Trying reaching out her true self she had a huge spiritual growth and started study frequencies and how it influences our consciousness. Here to find a balance in the duality of the warm sound of the earth representing our Mother Nature and the coldest sound, the one that starts from the last layer of exosphere and expands deep into our space. A profound curiosity for the unknown, this mystery of how rhythm, sounds, mathematics, geometry, chemistry, physics are all connected. That everything comes from the same place and music is a language that nullifies this feeling of separation that we have from each other.
