Surrounded by artists and electronic music enthusiasts for a long time, RAMEL, a 24-year-old artist from Lyon, wears multiple hats as a DJ and producer. Since 2022, he has been asserting his place in the local scene. He describes himself as a self-taught artist who has been evolving in a movement influenced by EBM, Techno, and Trance since 2018. In his productions, he explores Hard Techno, Trance, as well as downtempo with acidic and groovy sounds. He draws inspiration from MORD, with artists such as UVB and Norbak, as well as Monnom Black, with artists like Fraction and Umwelt. Since 2022, he has released his track "All in" on Error 303 records, alongside Teokad, 66hz, and GR8BOI, as part of their third various artist compilation. His track "Kansetu" has also been premiered on Techno Germany records. Recently, he has collaborated with Novopol to offer an explosive remix of his track "Nouveau jour." RAMEL solidifies his position in the local scene with notable performances at Loupika, L'Ambuscade, Terminal.alongside collectives such as Mad Gone, Enter the Rave, Neotekk, and Hidden Bass."
