Born and raised in Reims and now living in Paris, producer/DJ Slowglide - real name Victor Tramolay - takes great delight in covering his tracks since 2013. As a voracious digger who studied history and humanities, he draws inspiration as far as his curiosity goes, travelling through music genres from all areas and times. Slowglide’s productions are at the meeting point of these multiple horizons and aesthetics, thus forming a kaleidoscope of influences where psychedelic abstractions blend in with hybrid rhythms, cyberpunk fantasies and techno-ish sound design. Slow gliding but hard-hitting, his slow-motion trance infused with breaks already found shelter in labels like Antinote, Global Warming and Comic Sans Records. It has also been largely playlisted by artists such as Vladimir Ivkovic & Lena Willikens, Avalon Emerson, Ben UFO, Ivan Smagghe, Peach or Simo Cell. Slowglide has shared the stage with figures like Tasker, Tash LC, Flore, Hajj, Maelstrom, Leibniz or Renart to name a few. He is still active in his hometown Reims via the collective La Forge, and he created his own label Vanishing Point at the end of 2022 to push forward the most psychedelic fringes of electronic music.
