TrippingSax delivers a unique fusion of bass-driven electronic music and live saxophone, blending glitch hop, dubstep, and jamtronic grooves with melodic, high-energy solos. His sound is both experimental and grounded in musicianship, aiming to create immersive, performance-driven tracks that feel alive—whether you’re listening on headphones or in a crowd. A lifelong saxophonist, TrippingSax was inspired by artists like GRiZ, Jason Leech, Marvel Years, and Phyphr, who showed how live instrumentation could elevate electronic music. Drawing influence from producers like CloZee and Tape B, as well as the raw rhythms of South Florida rap, he crafts songs that balance gritty bass with soaring, expressive horn lines. Originally from Boca Raton and now based in St. Petersburg, FL, TrippingSax is focused on making music that resonates emotionally and energetically. His goal is to help listeners feel present, connected, and transported—even if just for a moment. His debut release marks the start of a project built on passion, performance, and pushing sonic boundaries.
