Mala touches down for a rare EXTENDED SET in the district alongside heavy hitting talent … DJ Mag Breakthrough Producer 𝗠𝗜𝗔 𝗞𝗢𝗗𝗘𝗡 arrives from South London with serious momentum, following acclaimed releases on Ilian Tape that have firmly placed her at the forefront of forward-thinking 140 and sound system–driven bass music. Garage, dubstep, and bass-head 𝗜𝗡𝗧𝗥𝗢𝗦𝗣𝗘𝗞𝗧 returns to D.C., known for her consistently devastating, spellbinding sets and a signature sound released on Tempa and T4T LUV NRG. Downstairs is anchored by the source - 𝗠𝗔𝗟𝗔 - one of the most formidable figures behind UK dubstep. The DMZ and Deep Medi Musik founder delivers a 𝗿𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝟯 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘀𝗲𝘁, played entirely on the 𝗚𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗦𝗧𝗢𝗥 𝗦𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗗 𝗦𝗬𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗠. Stepping in on direct support is 3024 alum 𝗗𝗝𝗢𝗦𝗘𝗥, a key figure in the district’s bass ecosystem, following local heavyweight 𝗬𝗘𝗥𝗧 setting the foundation for the night. Upstairs, the night moves through every corner of the sound: Beatitude label & party boss 𝗕𝗔𝗕𝗬𝗣𝗨𝗙𝗙, one of the prime movers of DIY bass in the DMV; Jamaican-born, Baltimore-based selector 𝗕𝗟𝗔𝗖𝗞 𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗦𝗛; and 𝗣𝗢𝗨𝗧𝗬’𝗦 𝗥𝗔𝗚𝗘, fresh off releases on Hooversound and Joog Music, closing it out.
