Saturday, December 5 // H-foundation
Following up from our sold out show at The Ground on Thursday, we’re honored to present the deeper side of the project with a RAW CUTS Records night at Paraiso featuring west coast legends H-Foundation and label favorite Marlie.
RAW CUTS Records nights get to be more stripped back, no cameras, no recording, just excellent music and a community with no other priority.
H-Foundation’s Hipp-E and Halo helped pioneer so many of the deep, dubby sounds we still love today, iterating on California’s immense contribution to the character of tech house. Two of the best to ever do it, it’s an absolute treat to host them in Miami on the world’s stage.
Marlie has truly made a name for herself this year in Ibiza with her Motel Marlie residency, as well as regular plays with FUSE. We’re stoked to see her playing more here in The States as well- this will be her second play with us this year ahead of an upcoming banger of a release on our label.
Rounding out the night, local favorite and someone we feel holds so many of our values in music here in Miami, Daizy makes her RAW CUTS debut. Joining from New York are rising star selector Rana Iravani and our own label boss Willy Gorgon with tight selection open to close.
On a dense weekend, we’re here to present a night fully about the music, with signals from the past meeting messages of the future of tech house and minimal built for the club. Hope to see you all there.
