This time, we invite you to experience Yoga and Meditation within the timeless walls of the 11th-century castle, where history, architecture, and mindful movement come together in harmony.
Guided by Adriana, the Vinyasa practice flows through intentional sequences designed to build gentle strength, improve mobility, and connect movement with breath. The session gradually transitions into meditation, allowing space for grounding, awareness, and deep inner calm.
The gathering continues with light appetizers, soft drinks and coffee, a moment to extend the atmosphere beyond the mat. A serene encounter where movement softens into stillness, and heritage becomes part of the journey.
