Zaataric Live • Palestinian Oud X Techno

ZAATARIC LIVE AT CASA PALESTINA Presented by [Aswatna Studio](https://www.instagram.com/aswatnastudio/) Zaataric is a Palestinian electronic music artist whose sound is deeply rooted in his heritage, shaped by a journey of resilience, exploration and musical discovery. Growing up surrounded by Palestine’s rich cultural and musical traditions, he went on to study musicology and classical guitar at the Conservatory of Music. His journey later took him to Europe, where he immersed himself in electronic music and developed his distinctive sound. Blending tradition with innovation, Zaataric brings together the warm, expressive melodies of the oud, an instrument deeply connected to Palestinian musical heritage, with the hypnotic rhythms of techno. His music creates a bridge between past and present, carrying the sounds and stories of Palestine onto contemporary dance floors. His name pays tribute to za’atar, the wild thyme that grows between the rocks of Palestine’s mountains, a symbol of rootedness, resilience and perseverance.
