Ophell is a Lisbon-based Portuguese multi disciplinary artist who focuses on expressing his vision through the electronic pulse of the rave scene.
His project emerges from the rocky shores of Viana do Castelo, in northern Portugal, where he began his journey as the co-founder of the project Nave: that pushed boundaries and reinvigorated the local nightlife. 
From a young age, his limitless curiosity for different sonorities led him through the musical journey that eventually converged on all the influences that he incorporates in his work. 
His aversion for canons and rules culminates in a fearless musical experimentation that incorporates elements of pure groove, bounce and funk juxtaposed with warm latin percussions and playful pop vocals.
With an ear-catching blend of sounds, Ophell injects the dance floors with a magnetic vitality that welcomes listeners to express their most unique themselves through music, dance and art.
